Title: Hot Fudge Cake

1cFlour
3/4cSugar
6tbBaking cocoa, divided
2tsBaking powder
1/4tsSalt
1/2cMilk
 tbVegetable oil
1tsVanilla
1cPacked brown sugar
1 3/4cHOT water
  Whipped cream or ice cream

In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 T cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Spread in a ungreased 9" square baking pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour HOT water over all (do not stir). Bake at 350 F. for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
